On-site Repair Services

If your operations are large enough to require it, we can offer an on-site repair service.  We will learn how your particular complex technology product works and be prepared to respond to breakdowns and loss of service within an agreed timeframe.

Our technicians will diagnose the fault, repair it if possible or arrange for a replacement product to be despatched (if we are holding replacement stock for you) and install the product when it arrives while despatching the faulty product back to our repair depot.  The replacement product will come with a warranty.
