This is the term given to all development, manufacturing and distribution processes before your customers receive your products.

This is the term given to processes that occur after the original customer has received a product and it needs repair, refurbishment or an asset recovery process.
Prolong end-of-life products and systems – Why spend thousands or tens of thousands on new technology when we can extend its useful life by five, ten or even more years? You can defer the investment of new capital and redeploy it elsewhere in your organisation in the meantime.
Customer Service – If you are a manufacturer of complex technology but you lack the staff to adequately address customer enquiries, we can provide a help-desk service and be the first point-of-call for your market. We will appear to be your own staff.
Claims Processing – Hand-in-hand with a plug-in customer service department goes a Claims Processing Service. We can take our expertise in product return management and supply your warranty service without requiring you to support an unprofitable part of your product.
Return Goods Transportation – We can arrange the return of goods under our return authorisation numbers or your own.
Depot repair – When goods are returned to our depot we will evaluate them, fix them and put them back into service with a warranty or send them off for asset recovery. Typically, at the point of authorising a return we will send out a replacement product matching the specs of the returned product, but it depends on the arrangement we make with you.
On-site Repair – Depending on the scale of your operation and the particular technology you would like us to support, we will extend our on-site service abilities to you. We can also supplement an existing team when you need extra resources.
Refurbishment – We don’t just handle the bits and pieces inside a complex technology product, we can refurbish the look and feel of the casing as well. Your returned products will look as good as they function after we have cared for them at our depot.
Software Modifications – We can take an existing piece of hardware and create new software for it, to allow it to integrate differently with a larger system or provide a new set of features. If extending the life of your product requires that it be able to do different things, perhaps this option is for you.
End of Life Manufacturing – When a complex technology manufacturer ceases large scale production because the volume of product sales no longer justifies it, we are able to take over and complete small manufacturing runs at our facilities. This helps existing users replace units that are unable to be repaired without requiring them to make the decision to upgrade.
Warehousing and Transportation – No matter if you are a manufacturer or end-user, cut the cost of dealing with different warehouses and consolidate your inventory with us. We have the distribution network to get any product to any part of the Asia-Pacific region.
Asset Recovery – When a product cannot be repaired, it is still an asset to the company that owns it. Many electronic products contain component parts that are valuable in themselves. Others may be a danger to the environment or humans if not disposed of in a controlled manner. We can handle any such requirements and either salvage the components, dispose of the assets through sale to recover their inherent value, or, if they are simply an environmental risk, process them as waste in a cost-effective manner.
