Duons MCO Pty Ltd launched its Australian operations in 2005, after the buyout of SR Telecom by the worldwide Duons Group, headquartered France. Since then, the Australian office has built upon the brand’s reputation as a leading provider of solutions-driven communications, specialised technical services and maintenance, as well as product lifecycle management. Establishing itself early on as a leader in the in-house service, repair and end of life support for telecommunications equipment as a key contractor to Australian communictions giant and flagship client Telstra, Duons Australia has shown a continued commitment to expanding its services to a range of industries, government agencies, small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) and end-users in the Australasian region.

The Duons logo depicts a lighthouse – a structure used for millenia to guide ships safely into harbour. The earliest iterations were simple fires atop hills, and though the design and technology has evolved immensely over the years, the principle remains the same: to minimise harm to or loss of human and material cargo. This is analogous to the work we do at Duons Australia. Guided by our three key principles, we strive to enhance communication, ensure quality and optimise efficiency in all that we do.
