and Industrial PCB fault-finding and repair.
We also provide technical support with diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and reverse engineering to help restore and manage complex equipment. We do PCB repairs such as Motherboards, Control Boards, Power Boards and more.
While the easy thing to do is to throw away and replace broken electronic devices, Duons allows saving and repairing these devices, allowing for preventative maintenance of legacy electronic equipment.

UNDERSTANDING THE REPAIR PROCESS
We have made our repair process easy and stress free. All you need to provide us with as much detailed information
of the equipment part, part details and what the fault is.
Our team of expert technicians will then assess and provide a quotation. Once you agree we will start the repair process, keep you updated on the progress and return your equipment back to you.
Regardless of your location, you can either drop off or send us your faulty electronic parts, have them fixed and sent
back quickly, minimising machine downtime and loss of revenue.
1. DEMANDE DE RÉPARATION

Inclure des images et une vidéo de la condition de défaut
2. ÉVALUATION TECHNIQUE ET DEVIS
Nos techniciens effectueront une inspection technique de l'équipement et fourniront une estimation du temps et des matériaux nécessaires pour rendre l'équipement à nouveau entièrement fonctionnel.
Les frais d'inspection sont de 120$ puis 180$ par heure de main d'œuvre excluant les frais de pièces
3. RÉPARATION COMMENCÉE
Une fois accepté, nos techniciens qualifiés commanderont les pièces requises, commenceront les réparations et vous tiendront au courant des progrès.
4. MATERIEL RETOURNE AU CLIENT
Une fois que nos techniciens auront réparé, testé et vérifié la qualité de votre équipement, celui-ci vous sera ensuite renvoyé dans les plus brefs délais.
