Duons' Repair Process
Once you accept the quote (if you do not, you will only be liable for the minimum Inspection Fee) our technical team will begin repairs. If you have already paid the initial Inspection Fee this will be deducted from your final invoice.
You will be kept updated on the status of your equipment throughout the repairs process. If any new faults emerge during this time, we may update the quote and let you know as soon as possible. Once the repair strategy has been fully carried out, we will send you your final invoice (if you haven’t paid the initial Inspection Fee, this will replace that amount). You will be able to collect your item upon payment of the invoice.
