UNDERSTANDING THE REPAIR PROCESS
We have made our repair process easy and stress free. All you need to provide us with as much detailed information
of the equipment part, part details and what the fault is.
Our team of expert technicians will then assess and provide a quotation. Once you agree we will start the repair process, keep you updated on the progress and return your equipment back to you.
Regardless of your location, you can either drop off or send us your faulty electronic parts, have them fixed and sent
back quickly, minimising machine downtime and loss of revenue.
1. REPAIR REQUEST
The customer initiates the repair request
with the following information;

Make, model, serial, or part number
-
Detailed description of the fault

Include images, video of the fault condition
2. TECHNICAL ASSESMENT AND QUOTE
Our technicians will perform a technical inspection of the equipment and provide an estimated quote of the time and materials required to make the equipment fully functional again.
The inspection Fee is $120 then $180 per hour of labour excluding part costs
3. REPAIR STARTED
Once accepted our skilled technicians will order the parts required, start the repairs and keep you up to date on the progress.
4. EQUIPMENT RETURNED TO CUSTOMER
Once our technicians have repaired, tested and quality checked your equipment, it will then be promptly returned to you.
