UNDERSTANDING THE REPAIR PROCESS
1. REPAIR REQUEST
The customer initiates the repair request
with the following information;

Make, model, serial, or part number
-
Detailed description of the fault
-
Include images, video of the fault condition
2. TECHNICAL ASSESMENT
Our technicians will perform an inspection and provide an estimated quote of the repair.
The inspection Fee is $120 then $180 per hour
of labour excluding part costs
3. REPAIR STARTED
Once accepted our skilled technicians will order the parts required, start the repairs and keep you up to date on the progress.
4. EQUIPMENT RETURNS
Once our technicians have repaired, tested and quality checked your equipment, it will then be promptly returned to you.
